Hall of Fame
Jim Farmer was inducted into the Azusa Pacific Athletics Hall of Fame in 1992. From 1973-1974, he was a member of the Azusa Pacific Football team. During his time at Azusa Pacific, held the APU single-season record for yards per carry with 7.2 in 1973. He ranked third in single-game rushing performances with 238 yards in 1973. He recorded three of the school’s top 20 single-game rushing efforts. Throughout his career he rushed for 100-plus yards in a game nine times. He scored 19 career touchdowns. He finished career ranked third on the Cougar career rushing list (1,840 yards) and ranked fifth in all-purpose yards (2,019).
