Amy Walter was a member of the Azusa Pacific Women's Basketball team from 1987-1990. She led Azusa Pacific to back-to-back 20-win seasons and its first ever GSAC championship in 1989. Throughout her Cougar career, she was named a two-time NAIA All-GSAC and NAIA All-American honorable mention. She holds nine school records, including most points in a season (699 in 1989) and in a game (43 vs Redlands in 1988), as well as the school record for rebounds in a game (21). In her senior year, she averaged a school-record 33.3 points in a game.She is second on Azusa Pacific's career chart in scoring (1,782 points) and rebounds (908).
