Azusa Pacific University Athletics

Alane Le Grand was the Women's Volleyball coach from 1976-1980. Over her four year coaching career, she compiled a winning percentage of 75 percent. Throughout her last three seasons at Azusa Pacific, her teams averaged 32 victories a season. In 1979, she coached Azusa Pacific to the 1979 AIAW National Championship. In 1980, she led the Cougars to a School-Best 40-10 record and its first NAIA National Championship.
