Debbie Meche was a member of the Azusa Pacific Volleyball team from 1977-1980 and was inducted into the Azusa Pacific Athletics Hall of Fame in 1992. She was a starter on the Azusa Pacific team that won the 1979 AIAW national title team. She was a starter on the Azusa Pacific team that won the first-ever NAIA National Championship in 1980, and earned Second Team All-Tournament honors.
