Jack Williams was a two-time NAIA All American as a member of the Azusa Pacific Football team from 1998-1999. In 1998, he was the first ever Cougar to be recognized as the NAIA Player of the Year. Williams was a two year standout who led Azusa Pacific to the 1998 NAIA National Championship, earning MVP honors in the championship game. In just two seasons at Azusa Pacific, he set the program career record for all-purpose yards (3,826) and ranks second in career rushing (2,737 yards). In the 1998 National Championship season, Williams rushed for 1,647 yards on offense nad had 21 tackles and three interceptions playing defensive back. He rushed for over 1,000 yards in consecutive seasons and recorded 15, 100-yard rushing games in his 25-game Cougar Career. Following his Senior season in 1999, he played in the 2000 Hula Bowl college football all-star game in Maui.
