Jennifer Cowper was a charter member of the Azusa Pacific's 1st inter-collegiate women's Soccer team from 1989-1992. She helped lead Azusa Pacific to its first-ever NAIA district 3 championships. Throughout her collegiate career, she set seven school records including: most goals in a game (4), season (18), and career (35). She accounted for 89 points in four seasons, establishing a school career scoring record. In the 1991 season, she was recognized as a NAIA All-American scholar-athlete. That very next season (1992), she was named the NAIA District 3 Player of the Year, and named to the NSCAA All-West Region First-team.
