Jenna Sagehorn fashioned one of the most dominate individual careers in Azusa Pacific’s long and storied volleyball history.  For her efforts, she became Azusa Pacific’s first four-time NAIA Volleyball All-American, earning second-team recognition twice (2002 & 2003) and third-team honors twice (2000 & 2001).  She was the first freshman in Cougar volleyball program history to be named NAIA All-American. As expected, Sagehorn was also a four-time All-Golden State Athletic Conference selection as well and was named the 2000 GSAC freshman of the year when she led the Cougars to an NAIA Tournament berth with a team-high 477 kills, thanks in part to a single-match school record 33 vs. Concordia. During her 2002 junior campaign she put together a complete match in which she registered 22 kills and 20 digs in a 4-set victory over Biola.  She went on to set the school career record for kills (1,670).  Sagehorn guided the Cougars to an 86-45 (.656) record in her 130-match career at Azusa Pacific.  An excellent student as, the Chino Hills, Calif., native was twice named NAIA All-Scholar-Athlete (liberal studies).
