LA MIRADA, Calif. - Soeren Grandke won the ITA West Regional singles championship on Saturday, and the duo of Stina Larsson and Karola Suviste claimed the doubles championship tomorrow as Azusa Pacific made their 2025-26 debut on the court.
 
Grandke, the No. 1 seed, would not lose a single set of the six matches he played until Saturday's title game.

In the semifinals on Saturday, he would advance against his teammate Joan Crespo. He then defeated Biola's Angel Guerrero in the championship (5-7, 6-2, 6-4) to take a come-from-behind victory.

 In the doubles portion of the tournament, the dominant Spring 2025 tandem of Suvsiste and Larsson picked up where they left off and would run the table as the No. 4 seed. After a close battle with Colorado Mesa's Andres Paton and Stancheva in the Round of 16, the pair would dispatch their next opponents 8-5 before winning a semifinal over Dominican's duo to get a shot at the title against Point Loma's AnnaPallencaoe and Emely Valencia.
 
The PLNU duo, who entered the final winners of four straight matches, would then fall to Suviste and Larsson in the championship, 6-3, 6-0.
