Azusa Pacific's five-game winning streak came to an end today dropping 11-4 to the Tigers of the University of the Pacific bringing their overall record to 11-9.

Pacific took an early two-point lead in the first quarter holding the Cougars scoreless setting an aggressive tone for the rest of the game carrying a 2-0 lead into the second quarter.
 
Alex Paxton tallied the first Cougar goal of the day closing the gap 2-1. Before the quarter could come to an end the Tigers found the net increasing their lead once again to 3-1 entering halftime.
 
The Tigers improved their lead to 5-1 after recording back-to-back goals early in the third quarter. The Tigers recorded another goal before Annalise Batcheller found the back of the net for the Cougars. With seconds left in the third, the Tigers increased their lead to 7-2.
 
The Cougars Carinna Prince and Arianne Yeo tallied one a piece to tighten the score 7-4.  The Tigers found the net four more times before the game came to an end bringing the final score to 11-4.
 
Azusa Pacific will face No. 18 Hartwick at Charter Oak High School at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
