AZUSA, Calif. – After standout seasons in the pool, Montana George and Jessie Nelson earned national recognition from the ACWPC, with George being named a First Team All-American and Nelson collecting Honorable Mention honors.
George capped off an exceptional campaign as one of the team's top offensive threats, finishing the year with 55 goals and 28 assists for 83 total points while shooting an efficient .556 from the field. She also made an impact defensively with 29 steals and consistently created transition opportunities throughout the season.
Nelson also turned in an impressive season offensively, leading the squad with 77 goals while adding seven assists for 84 total points. She shot .554 on the year and proved to be one of the most dangerous scoring options in the conference, recording double-digit exclusion draws and helping power the offense in key moments throughout the season.
The duo played a major role in the team's success this season, combining for 132 goals and 167 total points.
