AZUSA, Calif. – Azusa Pacific earned three Golden Coast Conference selections following the 2026 season, highlighted by Montana George's All-GCC Second Team honor.
After redshirting last season, George emerged as one of the Cougars' most complete players, making an impact on both ends of the pool. She finished the regular season with 51 goals and 23 assists for 74 total points, while shooting an efficient 56.0% from the field. Defensively, she added 26 steals and five field blocks, while also leading the team in sprint wins.
Joining her on the all-conference list is last year's GCC Freshman of the Year, Jessie Nelson, who earned All-GCC Honorable Mention after another dominant offensive season. Nelson led the Cougars in scoring with 69 goals, finishing with 76 total points while shooting an impressive 57.0% from the field.
Rounding out the Cougars' honorees is goalkeeper Daniela Herrero Miralles, who also received Honorable Mention after anchoring the team in the cage. She appeared in 20 games, logging over 480 minutes and recording 176 saves with a .435 save percentage. She also contributed four goals, eight assists and 12 steals on the season.
