Azusa, Calif. - Azusa Pacific hosted day one of the Franson Last Chance Invite on Thursday. Day one consisted of multi events.
On the men's side,
Makel Hubbard,
Lincoln Krog, and
Hayden McKee competed in the decathlon. Hubbard enters day two in third place, with 3,452 points. In the 400m, Hubbard saw a big career best, running 52.00. Krog holds 2,732 points through day one. He won the 100m dash with a PR of 11.05 in the event. McKee wraps up day one with 2,487 points.
On the women's side,
Alysa Henry competed in the pentathlon, collecting 2,487 points. In the 100m hurdles, Henry ran a career-best, clocking 14.30. She took first place in the high jump, clearing 1.73m (5'8").
