ORLANDO, Fla. -- Azusa Pacific knocked off No. 5-ranked Saint Leo on Tuesday afternoon, as the No. 25-ranked Cougars claimed a 4-0 victory in the Sunshine State.
The Cougars started by winning the doubles point, as the Azusa Pacific duo of junior
Ronald Kang and freshman
Ethan Smith won 6-2 to start the day, and then sophomore
Ryan Nuno and freshman
Leyton Bohren won their match 7-5 to take the 1-0 lead in the match.

In singles, the Cougars went 3-0. Sophomore
Jesse Haas was the first Cougar to claim a point, as he took down Saint Leo's Willem Van Den Akker, 7-5 and 6-2. Bohren increased Azusa Pacific's lead to 3-0 in the match, as he defeated Noel Kunz by scores of 7-6 and 6-1. Kang put the finishing touch on the match, as he defeated Aurel Ciocanu 6-3, 6-1.

Azusa Pacific is now 19-1 overall. The Cougars will play Flagler tomorrow in Florida, as the originally-scheduled April 1 matchup between the programs was rescheduled due to weather. The match will begin at 11:00 a.m. (EDT).
