Cougars Continue Reign over Biola

Glendora, Calif. – Azusa Pacific sailed to its 14th straight victory over rival Biola, downing the Eagles, 9-0, for the second time this season.

The Cougars zipped out to a 3-0 lead after double play, winning all 24 games played. Their top 3 players – Jennifer Dao, Bay Daniels and Maya Sato – all won handily, while Heather Hiatt and Stacy Wood were push but still won.

The Cougars have surrendered just 2 points to Biola in the past 4 meetings, and now lead the all-time series, 15-1. Azusa Pacific concludes the regular-season at 19-6, and finishes second in the GSAC at 12-2.
