AZUSA, Calif. -- In a battle of NAIA Top 10 teams, Azusa Pacific may have picked up one of its biggest wins in quite some time as the No. 9-ranked Cougars upset No. 6 Point Loma Nazarene, 6-3.

With the win, Azusa Pacific improves to 14-3 overall, 6-2 GSAC. Point Loma Nazarene falls to 11-9, 6-3.

The Cougars took 2 of 3 doubles matches then did just enough in singles play taking 4 of the singles matches, including NAIA Women’s Basketball All-American Lindsey West at No. 6. It was West’s second win since joining the team last week.
