ORANGE, Calif. -- The NAIA's No. 17-ranked Azusa Pacific defeated Chapman, 7-2, in a non-conference match in Orange.

The win is the Cougars' second straight and their third in the past 4 matches.

Hephzibah Segura and Marilyn Wise teamed up at No. 3 doubles to pick up an 8-4 win, and they both earned singles wins as well. Brianne Hahn teamed with Mayu Sato for an 8-1 win at No. 2 doubles, and she later picked up a 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 4 singles.

The Cougars are now 9-8 overall.
