AZUSA, Calif. — Azusa Pacific men's tennis continued its dominant run Tuesday afternoon, sweeping Colorado Mesa 7–0 at the Munson & Bayougian Tennis Complex.
The Cougars established control early in doubles play. The No. 1 tandem of Soeren Grandke and Mathys Pinoit set the tone with a strong victory, followed by David James Brownlee and Viktor Van Craenenbroeck at No. 2 to clinch the doubles point before the third court finished.

With the early advantage, Azusa Pacific carried its momentum into singles and never looked back.
Joan Crespo was first off the court at No. 4 singles, cruising to a straight-set win to give APU a 2–0 lead. Mathys Pinoit followed with a decisive victory at No. 2, and David James Brownlee added another point at No. 3 to push the Cougars within one of clinching.
At the top of the lineup, Soeren Grandke secured the match-clinching point at No. 1 with a composed straight-set performance.
The Cougars continued to dominate the remaining courts as Viktor Van Craenenbroeck earned a win at No. 5 and Jacob Rudd-Hicks closed out the sweep at No. 6.
