AZUSA, Calif. -- Senior midfielder Luis Solis was named to the D2CCA All-West Region Second Team. It is the second postseason honors Solis has amassed, after earning a spot on the All-PacWest First team. 

Solis started every one of the Cougars' 17 matches and totaled 1,398 minutes on the field, ending the season as Azusa Pacific's leading scorer with 10 goals and 3 assists for 23 points. Solis delivered three game-winners, went a perfect 3-for-3 on penalty kicks, and consistently sparked the attack with his movement off the ball and composed finishing. His standout performance included a hat trick in a 6–1 victory over Jessup, and he also earned PacWest Player of the Week honors once during the season.
