HIGHLIGHTS
HOW IT HAPPENED: Though only scoring twice, Azusa Pacific was taking shots all night long.
Aleksandar Pumpalovic scored his team leading seventh of the season on a free kick just outside the box. The junior hit an odd angle shot from the left side that bounced off the cross bar and across the goal line in the 35th minute.
Callum Wallace, who was firing shots all night, scored a great goal in the 52nd minute. The junior took a feed off the right side from Arturo Astorga and found an empty net to deposit the ball into.
Academy of Art made things interesting with a goal in the 85th minute on a Jonny Navarro shot from the left side. A brief skirmish in the box a moment later made for a nervous moment but the home was able to cling to their lead.
