SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- The NAIA’s No. 1-ranked Azusa Pacific rolled to an easy 9-0 GSAC win today over Point Loma Nazarene in San Diego.

While the 3 doubles’ matches were closely contested, the Cougars cruised through all 6 singles matches without dropping a single set the entire way.

“It was such a lift for us to have Boris (Bakalov) back in the lineup tonight,” said Azusa Pacific head coach Mark Bohren. “We started a bit slow in the doubles, but picked up the pace in singles. This was a great win for us.”

With the win, Azusa Pacific improves to 8-3 overall, 3-0GSAC.
