SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -- Having already clinched the 2002 GSAC championship, Azusa Pacific, ranked No. 6y in the NAIA, cruised past host Westmont College, 9-0, to finish a perfect 8-0 in GSAC play for the first time in program history.
Playing without their normal No. 1 singles player, Benny Line, who is nursing a knee injury, the cougars did not drop a single set on their way to the win.
