SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- Danielle Phipps tossed in 19 points and pulled down 8 rebounds to help lead Point Loma Nazarene to a 69-60 Golden State Athletic Conference win over Azusa Pacific tonight in Golden Gymnasium.

The Lady Crusaders led th one almost the entire way.  Robin Blalock had 10 point after just 4 minutes of play, drilling 2 three-pointers, giving PLNU a 12-6 edge.  The hosts never trailed again.

Blalock finished with 14 points, while Amber Cravy added 13 points and 6 rebounds.  Christy Heyer led APU with 13 points and 8 rebounds.  Christy Brock added 12 points, and Andrea Macciola contributed 10 points.

Point Loma improves to 4-4 in the GSAC, and 9-17 overall.  Azusa Pacific falls to 4-4 in the GSAC, and 14-7 overall.
