Isaiah Harris enters the 2026 season as an assistant coach with the Azusa Pacific football program, working on the defensive side of the ball with the Cougars’ cornerbacks.
Harris also serves as a coach with the APU track and field program, allowing him to bring experience in speed development, athletic performance, and student-athlete mentorship to the football staff.
A 2023 graduate of Azusa Pacific, Harris is no stranger to the university’s athletic department or its mission. He competed as a student-athlete for the Cougars’ track and field program before transitioning into coaching.
As both an alumni and former APU student-athlete, Harris brings a strong understanding of the university’s culture and the expectations placed on Cougar student-athletes. He will assist with the development of APU’s cornerbacks while helping the program build a competitive and mission-driven defensive unit.Â
