2024:  Enjoyed a fine 2024 junior campaign in which she finished among the team's top ten in goals scored (24) and drawn exclusions (14) ... Scored in 17 of 29 games she played ... Best outing was a career-high-tying 4-goal effort in an 18-1 victory over Redlands ... In all, recorded 5 multi-goal games ... Scored in 6 consecutive games, tallying 12 goals while the Cougars went 5-1 over that span.

2023:  As a 2023 sophomore, played in all 27 games, scoring 20 points on the strength of 18 goals (8th on the team) and 2 assists ... Had 4 multi-goal games, including a season-high 4 in a 21-7 win over Cal State Fullerton in a tournament at Cal Lutheran ... Recorded 3 goals in a 21-5 victory in Riverside.

2022:  Came off the deck in all 25 of the Cougars' games during her 2022 freshman season ... Scored 6 points on the strength of 2 goals and 4 assists ... Her first collegiate goal came 8 games into her career, the final tally in the Cougars' 19-7 win over Siena ... Scored a late goal in the Cougars' Golden Coast Conference 16-7 loss to Pacific ... Earned "Excellent" recognition on the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches All-Academic Awards. 

HIGH SCHOOL:  Played 3 seasons of varsity water polo for Head Coach Alba Espinar (current Cougar assistant coach) at nearby Glendora (Calif.) High ... Appeared in 56 games over the course of her career, registering 48 goals and 22 assists, while leading the Tartans to a 3-year combined record of 66-12 ... Has 2021 senior season reduced to 10 contests because of COVID ... As a 2020 junior, helped guide Glendora to a 29-4 record, the Palomares League title, and a runner-up finish in the CIF-Southern Section Division IV Tournament ... In 2019, her first year with Glendora, was a reserve on a Tartan team that went 29-6 overall and advanced to the semifinals of the CIF-Southern Section Division V tournament ... Was a member of the Foothill Club Water Polo program, coached by Pat Beemer ... Also was a member of the Glendora High swim team, specializing in the butterfly stroke.

PERSONAL: Born on April 10, 2003 in Glendora, Calif., to Robin and Gilbert Perez ... Has an older sister, Isabella, who was a diver at UC San Diego, and a younger sister, Gianna, plays volleyball at Cal Baptist ... Her mom Robin, who was rower at Loyola Marymount, completed her Master's and Doctorate degrees at Azusa Pacific ... Majoring in Allied Health and would like to become a child and adolescent behavior specialist.
