Biography

THIS YEAR: Junior Riley Klatt enters her third season at Azusa Pacific looking to build on her experience in the Cougar program … Expected to compete for starting duties and provide depth at the net for the Cougars.

2025 (sophomore): Appeared in 6 matches as a 2025 sophomore, coming off the bench each time … Played in 7 sets and totaled 5 kills, 2 block assists and 2 total blocks … Best outing came against Vanguard with a career-high 4 kills on 6 attempts for a .500 attack percentage. 

2024 (freshman):  In her first year at Azusa Pacific, appeared in 18 sets in 11 matches for the 15-12 Cougars ... Had a season-high 2 kills in back-to-back matches against Westmont and Concordia Irvine ... Earned PacWest All-Academic honors for her performance in the classroom.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Played 3 seasons of varsity volleyball for Courtney Krueger at Santiago High in Corona, Calif. ... Helped lead the Sharks to 3 straight CIF Southern Section playoff appearances and 2 Big VIII League crowns (Sharks went 23-7 in league during Klatt's career) ... Appeared in over 110 sets in her 3-year career at Santiago.

PERSONAL:  Birthday is Jan. 30 ... Majoring in liberal studies... Parents are Jennifer and William Klatt... Played for Forza1 North Club ... Loves going to concerts and wakeboarding.
