THIS YEAR: An outside hitter with height and athleticism, senior Jessica DeJager will play her final season for the Cougars … Possesses a lot of experience … Will be used as a front row specialist, mainly for hitting and blocking.
CAL POLY SAN LUIS OBISPO: Appeared in 29 matches in 2003 for the Mustangs … Was second on the team with 350 kills and 265 digs … Averaged 3.12 kills per game, which was third best on the team … Totaled 65 blocks.
2002: Played in all of the team's 28 matches and 98 games … Totaled a team-high 306 kills for the season … Was second on the team with 2.91 digs per game and a season total of 285 … Had 61 total blocks, including 8 matches with 3 or more … Recorded 18 matches with 10 or more kills including 4 matches in a row, twice … Averaged a team-high 3.12 kills per game … Tallied a season-high 18 kills in the first match of the season against Cincinnati at the Shamrock Invitational.
