THIS YEAR: Will once again be relied on heavily to provide the Cougars with offensive production at middle blocker … Brings high-level experience … Hits the quick sets and speeds up the offense … Is quick, mobile and agile.
2005: Had an outstanding junior campaign, earning NAIA All-American second team recognition and her second consecutive All-GSAC selection … Started all 37 matches … Led the Cougars with 479 kills … Finished fifth in the GSAC in kills with an average of 3.77 per game … Recorded double-digit kills in 27 matches … Had a stretch of 7 consecutive matches with at least 10 kills … Finished second on the team with 103 blocks … Added 77 digs and 20 service aces … Set a career-high with 23 kills against Vanguard, then equaled the effort three weeks later with 23 kills in a win over Westmont … Recorded 20 kills in each contest of the Cougars’ season split with Point Loma Nazarene … Recorded 21 kills in Cougars’ 4-game win over Savannah Art & Design (Ga.) in NAIA Tournament pool play.
2004: Named All-GSAC after her first season in a Cougar uniform and earned NAIA All-American honorable mention … Appeared in all 33 of the Cougars’ matches, starting 32 of them … Led the team with 369 kills, averaging 3.24 per game … Finished second on the team with a .319 hitting percentage … Ranked second on the team with 93 blocks … During the final 13 matches of the season averaged 4.05 kills per game while totaling 178 kills during that span … Had 5 different stretches of at least 3-consecutive matches with double-digit kills … Longest streak was 5 matches from Oct. 9 to Oct. 19 against The Master’s (17 kills), Hope International (14), Alliant International (11), Concordia (14), and Cal Baptist (12) … Had a season-high 22 kills in a 4-game win over Biola … Recorded a season-high 9 blocks in a win over Hope International.
NEVADA: Spent 2 years at NCAA Division I Nevada-Reno for head coach Devin Scruggs … Saw limited action in 14 matches, registering 6 kills and 5 blocks.
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped 2 varsity seasons at Ponderosa High in Shingle Springs, Calif., for head coach Sherri Millhollin … Was a 2-time All-Sierra Valley Conference selection and a 2-time recipient of Ponderosa’s Miss Impact Award.
