VOLLEYBALL

2021: Named a First-Team All-PacWest performer and earned Academic All-PacWest honors… After a total of seven years in the program, she finishes her career in the record books, ranked first in the PacWest and in Cougar history with 2,607 digs and 22nd all-time in service aces with 90… In her senior year she totaled 610 digs, averaging 5.92 digs per set with a receive percentage of .947…She recorded 22 service aces and recorded a season-high 36 digs against a five-set victory over Cal State LA. 

2020 (COVID-abbreviated season): Named to the PacWest All-SoCal Pod team and earned Academic All-PacWest honors...Played in all 10 matches for the Cougars at libero...Had a team leading 208 digs (2nd in the PacWest) and averaged 5.47 digs per set...Had a season-high 34 digs in the Cougars four-set victory at Life Pacific. 

Redshirt Junior (2019): PacWest Libero of the Year...  D2CCA & AVCA All-American Honorable Mention... AVCA Division II All-West Region selection... All-PacWest First-Team selection... Returned from injury... Played in all 118 sets for the Cougars... Led the PacWest in digs (697) & digs per set (5.91)... Recorded a season-high 41 digs in a four-set win over Cal State East Bay... Tallied 131 assists, with a season-high nine in a victory at Notre Dame de Namur... Academic All-PacWest selection.

Junior (2018): Missed season due to injury.

Sophomore (2017): Served as a team tri-captain … A third-team all-conference selection at the Libero position … Averaged 4.93 digs per set which was the second-best mark in the league … Named the PacWest Defender of the Week once … Played in all 103 sets … Recorded double figure digs in 24 of the squad’s 28 matches … Notched at least 20 digs on eight occasions … Had a season high 38 digs vs. Notre Dame de Namur (Nov. 18) … Tallied a .958 serve receive percentage … A PacWest All-Academic selection

Freshman (2016): Fourth in the PacWest in digs per set (5.03) ... Played in all 116 sets ... Had a season high 37 digs vs. Seattle Pacific (Sept. 9) ... Posted a 30-dig effort vs. BYU-Hawai'i (Oct. 21) ... A PacWest All-Academic selection

Freshman (2015): Sat out the season as a redshirt

SOFTBALL

Sophomore (2018): Sat out the season as a redshirt... earned PacWest All-Academic honors

Freshman (2017): Henington earned Academic All-PacWest honors for her success in the classroom… Saw action in two games as a pinch runner. 

HIGH SCHOOL: A two sport standout at Sonora High School ... Was California's Division IV Player of the Year her senior season as she led the team to the state title with a 37-5 overall record ... She also garnered MaxPrep All-American honors ... As a junior she was first-team all-league and all-area as the team was northern California's state runner-up ... Team won league title during all four seasons with the squad ... Team went a combined 87-20 overall and 40-0 in league matches ... During basketball season earned league most outstanding player accolades as a senior ... Team won league title during her sophomore, junior and senior years

PERSONAL: Daughter of Bill and Melissa ... Has three sisters (Riley, Masey and Kelsey) ... Communications major with an interest in career in sports reporting
