2020 (freshman): Appeared in 2 meets during an abbreviated 2020 freshman season, running an 11:23.46 in the 3000 meters at the Rossi Relays, and a 4:59.52 in the 1500 meters in the Beach Opener.
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in 6 meets during her freshman cross country season at Azusa Pacific, recording a 6K best of 22:41.4 at the Cougar Challenge in San Marcos, Calif. … Was 39th out of 95 runners at the PacWest Championship, running a 23:25.6 on the 6K course at Craig Regional Park in Fullerton, Calif. … Came back 2 weeks later with a 22:49 at the NCAA West Regional.

Has an older brother (Kurt) and two younger sisters (Melody, Daisy) … Is the fifth Hake to run for the Cougars since the 1990s and the tenth Hake to attend Azusa Pacific … Her brother Kurt recently graduated from Azusa Pacific after a 4-year career with the Cougar track & field and cross country teams … Her dad ran for the Cougars as did her aunt, Beth Hake, who was a 4-time NAIA All-American in the distances … Her grandfather, Steve Hake, has written numerous math textbooks … Majoring in liberal studies with an emphasis in mathematics … Wants to be an elementary school teacher.
