2024-2025 INDOOR AT AZUSA PACIFIC: Was named USTFCCCA All-Region…Opened the season with the fourth-best time in program history, 9:39.84, in the 3k at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener in Boston, hosted by Boston University, just two weeks after competing at the DII Cross Country Nationals…Ran 4:57.90 in the mile at the 2025 Husky Classic.
XC AT AZUSA PACIFIC: Completed her final year of eligibility at Azusa Pacific…Was named 2024 PacWest Runner and Newcomer of the Year…opened her season with a runner-up finish at the Irvine Invitational where she ran under 20 minutes in the 6k, the first Cougar to ever do so…ran 20:28 at the 2024 PacWest Championships to outright win the individual title…placed third at the West Region Championships in Billings, Montana, and was the top finisher among all PacWest competitors…concluded her season with an All-American performance at the NCAA Championships in Sacramento, where she finished 12th overall…was named PacWest Runner of the Week twice.
DORDT: Ran 4 seasons of cross country and track & field at Dordt University in Sioux Center, Iowa, where she was a 5x NAIA All-American, including twice in cross country ... Was also a 9x Great Plains Athletic Conference champion between cross country and track & field…2x USTFCCCA Midwest Regional Cross Country Runner of the Year…school record holder in the indoor 3k, indoor 5k, and outdoor 5k and half marathon…also top-10 in program history in six other events…2023 GPAC Champion, 3000m (Indoor)…2023 GPAC Champion, 5000m (Outdoor)..2024 GPAC Champion, Mile and 3000m (Indoor)...2024 GPAC Champion, 5000m and Steeplechase (Outdoor).
HIGH SCHOOL: Â Competed 3 seasons in track & field at Abbotsford (B.C.) Christian Secondary ... While in 11th grade in 2018, was the British Columbia Provincial runner-up in the 1500 steeplechase (5:14.45) and fourth in pole vault (7' 8") ... In cross country, qualified for the British Columbia Provincial Championship Meet 3 times, posting a best of an 11th-place finish during her 12th grade season when she clocked a personal-best 24:34 on the 6.2K course at Beban Park, leading the Knights to a tenth-place finish.
