Kaukenas joins the Cougars by way of Stockholm, Sweden, bringing significant international experience to the roster. A versatile competitor on the global stage, she has tested herself against top-tier talent across Europe.

• Women's Ranking: Achieved a career-high ITF Women’s ranking of 1733 in 2022.

• Junior Circuit: Reached a career-high ITF Junior’s ranking of 2246 in 2022.

• International Experience: Competed in high-level tournaments across Spain, Estonia, Latvia, and Finland.

Personal

Born on January 30, 2006, in Siena, Italy, to Tanja and Rimantas Kaukenas. Tia comes from a rich athletic lineage; her father, Rimantas, was a standout professional basketball player and a two-time Olympian for Lithuania, while her mother, Tanja, also played professionally. Beyond the court, she enjoys music, traveling, and staying active.
