Biography

2017 (fall) : Relser beat Carolyn Brooner of Sonoma State 6-1, 6-4, then fell to No. 7 Klara Thell-Lenntorp of Academy of Art in the second round .. Paired with April Wong and the two advanced to the quarterfinals before falling to No. 2 Jensyn Warren and Amanda Zuidema of Sonoma State.

2017 (junior): Resler went 14-7 in singles seeing most of her singles success at the No. 5 position ... Partnered with Valeriia Kashina for all but two matches ... Resler went 16-10 overall and 15-9 with Kashina

2016 (sophomore) : Went 14-5 playing primarily in No. 2 singles and No. 3 doubles... Reached No. 14 in the West Region. Was 15-5 in doubles mainly partnered with Valeriia Kashina... Lead the team in wins between singles and doubles tallying 27 total.  

2015 (offseason) : Reached the round of 16 at the ITA/USTA West Regional in the fall with two straight-set victories... Defeated No. 7 seed Riki Mae Torres from Dominican, 6-4, 6-2 in the second round... Won the first set of the third-round match, but eventually lost in a third-set super tiebreaker, narrowly missing the quarterfinals.

2015 (freshman) : Played in all 23 matches as a true freshman, playing primarily No. 3 singles and No. 2 doubles... Started collegiate career at No. 6 singles and won each of her first three matches, which were against an NCAA Division I program and two nationally ranked teams in division II... Moved to the No. 3 singles position and continued winning streak to eight consecutive matches to start her collegiate career... In doubles, went 16-6, which was the best record on the team... Won eight of her first nine doubles matches to start the year, and then ended the year on a four-match winning streak... Tallied 31 total wins between singles and doubles, which was tied for the most on the team.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years of varsity tennis at William S. Hart High School under head coach Chris Mansfield as a singles player ... Captained the team for one year ... As a freshman was named Most Dedicated Player for the first of four times ... The following year, led the team to the CIF quarterfinals and was named singles MVP ... As a junior, led the team to its first league title since 1998 and reached the CIF quarterfinals ... In her senior season, went 10-0 in league and 22-2 overall ... Was named team MVP and reached the CIF semifinals.

PERSONAL: Parents are Caesar (civil engineer) and Juana Resler ... Has a brother and a sister, Kevin and Caroline ... Majoring in applied exercise science with minors in nutrition and math ...
