Jodi Lepp was selected as the Assistant Coach for the Women’s Swimming and Diving program heading into the 2022-23 season.

She enters the program with 35 years of coaching experience, and prior to joining the NCAA DII ranks, Lepp worked as an Adjunct Faculty Men’s & Women’s Swim Coach and an Assistant Head Coach for Mt. San Antonio College from 1996-2021. During her time there, she was named Coach of the Year in 1998-99, 2001, 2010, 2013, and 2017-18, while leading the team to eight South Coast Conference Titles. 

Currently serving as the Assistant Head Coach for BREA Aquatics in Brea, Calif., where she helps implement training to improve team cohesiveness and performance, while overseeing development of coaches on staff. She is also a Parks and Recreation Commissioner for the City of Walnut, and was named the City of Walnut Community Hero in 2015 for service to the community. 

She received her education from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development.
