Azusa Pacific University Athletics

2018 (sophomore): Appeared in 12 games, starting 10…5-4-1 record with three shutouts and a 0.81 goal against average…had a shutout streak of 414 minutes over a six-game stretch in October…made a team-best 40 saves.

2017 (sophomore):  Transferred to Azusa Pacific and backed-up returning starter Zoey Baumann … Appeared in one game and played 12 minutes in the Cougars’ 5-1 victory over Academy of Art.

CAL STATE SAN MARCOS:  Spent her 2016 freshman season at NCAA Division II Cal State San Marcos but did not appear in any of the Cougars’ 17 games.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four seasons of varsity soccer at Maranatha High in Pasadena, Calif. … Was a three-time All-CIF honoree and four-time All-Olympic League first team pick … As a 2015 junior helped the Minutemen to a CIF State Championship  when she guided Marantha to a 23-5-4 record and surrendered just two goals in 30 games played (1,059 minutes) … On offense scored five goals and assisted on seven others … Was the Olympic League MVP as a 2014 sophomore … Named team MVP three time … As a 2013 freshman, appeared in 19 games, scoring four goals and tallied three assists … Played for head coach Robert Gurule, a former Cougar great in the 1980s … Played club soccer for Beach FC, and was a member of the 2014 national championship team and 2015 national runner-up.

PERSONAL:  Daughter of Gary and Traci French … Has a sister (Taylor, played soccer at Cal State Bakersfield) and a brother (Troy) … Her mother played basketball and softball at Point Loma … Majoring in Criminal Justice … Aspires to have a career in law enforcement … Enjoys reading, snowboarding, painting and sketching.
