Biography
2023: Saw action in 16 games, starting 13 for Azusa Pacific this season… Helped the Cougars to six clean sheets on the season, also collecting a goal in a 9-1 victory at Hawai’i Pacific.
2022: Played and started in 10 games this year, totaling 685 minutes on the back line… Scored one goal over three shots on goal... Had one complete game and contributed to six clean sheets for the Cougars.
2021: Named a Third Team All-PacWest performer for her efforts on the backline in her true freshman year... Earned Academic All-PacWest distinction… Appeared in all 17 games for the Cougars with 15 starts… Scored one goal in a victory over San Francisco State and collected three assists on the season with 1186 minutes played.
2020: No official season due to global pandemic.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Carwitz closed out her career at Veritas Prep as the school's second all-time leading goal scorer, with 28 career goals. During her sophomore season, she was named First-Team All-Division and All-Conference. Carwitz played for two club teams, spending three straight years with the Sereno Soccer Club, which has been renamed the Utah Royals FC-AZ, and then one year with the SC Del Sol of the Development Academy, before returning to the Royals this season. With the U18/19 Royals, Carwitz and her teammates have been ranked among the top-15 teams in the nation by Top Drawer Soccer. Carwitz is also ranked as the 14th-best player for U18/19 in the Southwest and Rocky Mountain Region by Top Drawer Soccer.
