 THIS YEAR:  True freshman Elise Mann has high-level experience and is looking to translate it into quality time … Will be a reserve in the Cougar attack … Has good pace and size … Could grow into an offensive force as she learns the system and gets playing time. 

HIGH SCHOOL:  Prepped 2 varsity seasons at Wayzata (Minn.) High for 2003 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Division I High School National Coach of the Year Tony Peszneker … Missed her 2004 senior season while recovering from ACL surgery the previous summer … As a 2003 junior led the Trojans to the Div. AA state championship … Named to the state championship all-tournament team … Received all-state honorable mention … Scored 10 goals for the 18-2-1 Trojans … Also played basketball. 

PERSONAL:  Born Sept. 25, 1985, in Minnesota, to Bob and Hallie Mann … Has 2 brothers (Travis and Jack) … Majoring in athletic training.
