THIS YEAR: Returns as one of the team’s most consistent defenders, helping to anchor an impressive returning backline that helped Azusa Pacific post 15 shutouts.
 
2011 (sophomore): Played in 21 matches, starting each of them...Named the Outstanding Defensive Player  of the NAIA tournament... The Cougars posted 15 shutouts with Ross in the lineup...Scored one goal one eight shots...Named to the NAIA all-Tournament team.
 
2010 (freshman): Appeared in 19 games, including 17 as a starter ... Defense only allowed 11 goals in the games she started ... Started the 14 of the final 15 games of the season ... Team had an overall record of 14-2-1 in games started.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years of varsity soccer under coaches Amanda Rowand and Beto Villelo at Christian High School in El Cajon, Calif. ... Captained the Patriots as a 2010 senior to a CIF runner-up finish ... Named team Defensive Player of the Year ... Also lettered in volleyball and track and field.

Has an older sister (Mandy, an NAIA All-American sprinter on Azusa Pacific's national championship track & field team) ... Father played baseball for San Diego State University and professionally for the Orioles ... Mother ran track for San Diego State and went to the Olympic Trials for track and field ... Majoring in education.
