Biography

2022: Academic All-PacWest... Raced in all five of the Cougars' meets... Placed 25th overall at the PacWest Championships... Placed 97th overall at Regionals with a time of 23:18.7.

2021:
 
Ran four races in her first collegiate season... Opened her career with a 36th-place finish at the Biola Invitiational... Was given the Most Inspirational Leader for women's cross country at the Azusa Pacific Athletics end-of-year banquet... Academic All-PacWest honoree.

HIGH SCHOOL: At Redwood High, she was a 2021 West Yosemite League Champion in the 800 and 4x400, and earned accolades such as the Visalia Runner's Club Award, Redwood Track MVP, Redwood Female Athlete of the Year, and the CIF State Spirit of Sport Award this past spring. She helped lead RHS to three WYL Track & Field Championships and two WYL Cross Country titles. Academically, Hetherington earned the CIF Central Section Scholar-Athlete award, TCOE Student of the Year, 2021 NSPA Journalism Honor Roll, FCA Athlete of the Year, and was an honor roll student for all eight of her semesters at RHS.
