THIS YEAR: Sophomore distance runner Ashlynn Doolan enters her second season with the Azusa Pacific cross country program after competing in 5 meets as a freshman in 2025 ... Looks to build on a fine freshman campaign while continuing to contribute in both cross country and track & field.
2025 (freshman): Competed in 5 meets during her freshman season ... Recorded a personal-best 19:51.6 in a 5K at the Biola Invitational ... Posted a season-best 22:04.1 in the 6K at the NCAA Division II West Regional Championships in Monmouth, Ore. ... Finished 26th at the PacWest Conference Cross Country Championships in Waipahu, Hawaii ... During the track season, shifted her focus to the 3,000-meter steeplechase, placing second at the PacWest Conference Championships in San Diego, recording a personal-best time of 10:58 ... Also represented the Cougars in the 1,500 meters, recording a time of 4:53.01 at the Bryan Clay Invitational.

In her lone season running cross country, won the San Joaquin Athletic Association cross country individual title with a 20:25.5 on the 5K course at Oak Grove Park … Won 5 of the 9 meets she competed during 2025 … In track & field served as team captain during her senior season ... Qualified for the 2025 CIF State Cross Country Championships (finished 89th) and the CIF Masters Meet in track ...
