Megan Fate is in her third season as an assistant on T.J. Hardeman's coaching staff.
Fate graduated from Westmont in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies. She played 4 years as a point guard for the Warriors and was a 2-time All-GSAC and NAIA All-American honorable mention selection.
Fate ranks second in career scoring at Westmont with 1,387 points, second in season assists and career scoring average (11.8 points), and third in career assists and 3-point field goals made. Her 17.8-point scoring average as a 2005 junior ranks second on Westmont’s all-time single-season scoring list.
Fate spent the past 4 years working as a lead counselor, speaker, and recreation leader at Hume Lake Christian Camps, where she organized athletic tournaments and day-to-day recreational activities for 1,000 students each week. She has also been working as a Keynote Speaker, Conference Facilitator and Workshop Presenter for a large variety of organizations, clubs, and schools.
Fate completed a master’s degree in organizational leadership at Azusa Pacific in spring 2009 and currently resides in Long Beach.
