Kunkle joins the Cougars after a highly decorated career at Santiago High School under Head Coach Chris Cisneros. A standout corner infielder, she was a centerpiece for the Sharks' defense and a consistent high-achiever in the classroom.

During her time at Santiago, Kunkle’s resume was marked by both team and individual excellence:

• Championship Success: Member of the 2023 CIF Division II State Championship team.

• League & Individual Honors: Earned the 2024 Gold Glove for her defensive prowess at the corners and was a 2025 First Team All-League selection.

• Academic Achievement: Two-time recipient of the Scholar-Athlete Award (2022, 2025).

• Club Experience: Competed for the Corona Angels under Coach Dena Slye.

Personal

Born on October 24, 2007, to Erin and Ryan Kunkle. Reagan is a Psychology major who balances her competitive drive with a love for baking and relaxing at the beach. She comes from an athletic family and shares a special bond with her identical twin sister.
