Azusa Pacific University Athletics

Ariana von ZBoray is entering her second season as the assistant coach of Azusa Pacific University where she played two years under the helm of Carrie Webber and earned her Bachelor's in Psychology.

During her senior year, von Zboray earned individual All-PacWest honors. She batted .299 with eight doubles in 32 starts in the batting order. She also pitched 63.2 innings and posted a 6-5 record for the Cougars pitching staff which registered a team ERA of 2.05.

Von Zboray had a career-high appearance at the plate when she went 3-for-3 with 2 RBIs to help the Cougars add a run in the third and two runs in the fifth to help the team to a 5-1 victory over Dominican.

Her junior year was named PacWest co-pitcher of the week of March 28-April 3. Von Zboray won three games in a 6-1 week for Azusa Pacific. In 19.0 innings pitched, she allowed three earned runs and 10 hits while striking out 11. She threw two complete-game shutouts at the Tournament of Champions, allowing just three hits in each, to earn a spot on the all-tournament team. She improved to 6-1 with a 2.30 ERA on the season.
