HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Calvary Chapel High School in Costa Mesa, Calif., where he was the point guard for the boys’ basketball team... Played club soccer for the Slammers FC and for the Irvine Strikers Academy... Most recently was a member of the West Coast Football Club where his team made two trips to the Dallas Cup and reached the State Cup finals twice.

PERSONAL: Born on Oct. 1, 1993 to Craig and Susan Ackermann... His one sister, Shelby, who is attending Azusa Pacific… Majoring in applied exercise science and wants to be a professional soccer player after his time at Azusa Pacific.
