THIS YEAR:  Senior goalkeeper Zach Baker is 1 of 3 Cougars vying for playing time in the goal … Uses his size to his advantage … Is an intense, vocal leader. 

2006:  Played in 1 game, finishing the final 13 minutes of Azusa Pacific’s 8-0 shutout over San Diego Christian. 

2005:  Appeared in 1 game seeing action against Warner Pacific … Did not allow a goal while making 1 save in 24 minutes of action. 

STEVENS TECH:  Appeared in 3 games, all in reserve, for Stevens Institute of Technology, an NCAA Division III program located in Hoboken, N.J. … Had 3 saves … Surrendered 1 goal in 101 minutes for a 0.89 goals against average. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Corona del Sol High, graduating in 2004, but did not play soccer … Played for the highly successful Arizona state champion Sereno Eagles FC under the direction of Harry Demos and former Santa Clara coach Mitch Murray … Helped lead the Golden Eagles to 8 straight Arizona State Cup championships that included 4 U.S. Youth Soccer West Regional titles … Twice was U.S. Youth Soccer National finalist (2003-04).
