THIS YEAR: Redshirt-freshman defender Will Mowrey returns for his second season with the Azusa Pacific men’s soccer program in 2026, looking to play a key role either as a starter or as a top-flanked reserve off the bench ... Is a left-footed defender who can play both left back and center back.

2025 (freshman): Did not appear in a match during his first season with the Cougars.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Waterbury (Conn.) Career Academy in 2025 ... Played 4 varsity seasons of soccer for Head Coach Ryan McDonald, competing at center back and serving as a team captain during his senior season ... Earned All-Naugatuck Valley League honors as both a junior and senior ... Helped Waterbury Career Academy capture a city championship during his 2025 senior season when the Spartans went 13-5-5 and advanced to the “Sweet 16” of the state Class S tournament ... Also competed in track and field for 3 seasons under Head Coach Laura Thomas ...
