THIS YEAR:  Is able to cover large portions of the field for the entire 90 minutes … Is very bright and sharp on the field with a high skill level … Controls the run of play … Is a good passer and can move forward in the attack … Has an above average ability to put teammates in position to score … Is a tireless worker. 

2005: Earned NAIA All-American honorable mention for his work … Was named to the All-GSAC team for the third consecutive year … Named to the NAIA All-Tournament Team … Was the only player on the roster to start all 25 games this past season … Came within 1 assist of tying the program record of 13 in a season with a team-leading 12 … Tied the program record with 3 assists in a game against Judson (Ill.) in a 7-1 win … Twice had 2 assists in a game … Scored 3 goals … Had 3 points against Concordia in the Region II championship game with a goal and an assist in a 3-1 win … Recorded a goal against Hastings (Neb.) … Had 2 assists in victories over Warner Pacific (Ore.) and Westmont. 

2004:  Was the only player to start all 21 games for the Cougars … Was named to the All-GSAC team for the second consecutive year … Ranked fourth on the team in scoring … Tallied 13 points with a pair of goals and 9 assists … Had a season-high 3 points against Point Loma Nazarene with a goal and assist … Scored his other goal against Thomas (Ga.) in a 2-1 win … Recorded 2 assists in a 6-1 victory over Pacific Lutheran (Wash.).

2003:  Started all 15 games he appeared in as a true freshman … One of 3 Cougars and just 2 freshmen (teammate Tony Rotunno is the other) named All-GSAC … Scored 2 goals and assisted on 2 others for 6 points … Tallied a pair of goals in just his second collegiate game in a 4-0 win at Notre Dame de Namur … Added assists in wins over California Baptist and Hope International. 

HIGH SCHOOL:  Prepped 4 varsity seasons at Mountain View High in Mesa, Ariz., for head coach Dominic Scafaria … Was a 3-time All-East Valley Region selection … As a 2003 senior, was named all-state, All-East Valley Region, All-Tribune and Arizona Republic Southeast Valley Player of the Year after leading the Toros to a Class 5A semifinal appearance (following a 1-6-1) start and scoring 21 goals and collecting 16 assists … Led the Toros to a regional championship and was named all-state second team after scoring 16 goals and registering 16 assists as a 2002 junior. 

PERSONAL:  Born May 8, 1985, in Chandler, Ariz., to Don and Charlyn Kellar … Has 2 sisters (Cammi and Cheri) … Majoring in business … Has been on various mission trips … Would like to play professionally and start his own business.
