THIS YEAR:  Redshirt freshman Nate Barr enters his first season of collegiate competition as a reserve defender … Will fight for playing time behind a starting back line that features 2 returning starters and another pair who started at least 2 games in 2009.
 
2009 (redshirt):  Practiced with the team but did not play in his first year attending Azusa Pacific.
 
HIGH SCHOOL:  Played 2 years of varsity soccer at Jesuit High School in Carmichael, Calif., under head coach Paul Rose … Captained the Marauders and received All-Delta River League honors as a 2009 senior … Helped lead Jesuit to a 51-2-3 record over his final 2 prep campaigns.
