THIS YEAR: Junior midfielder Ethen Solano returns for his third season with the Azusa Pacific men’s soccer program in 2026 ... The versatile midfielder can play centrally or on the left wing … Is looking for his first time on the field during his collegiate career.

2025 (sophomore): Was a member of the Azusa Pacific men’s soccer program but did not appear in any game.

2024 (freshman): Joined the Azusa Pacific men’s soccer program for his first collegiate season but did not play in a game.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Hillcrest High School in Riverside, Calif., in 2024 ... Played 2 varsity seasons of soccer from 2020-22, appearing in 30 games and scoring6 goals for Head Coach Charles Hopkins, while competing at center midfield and left wing ... As a 2022 sophomore, was a member of Hillcrest’s first ever conference champion as the Trojans went 14-7-2 overall which included a 7-2-1 mark in the River Valley League which resulted in the program’s first-ever CIF playoff berth ... Appeared in 15 matches as a 2021 freshman, recording 3 goals and 3 assists for 9 points ... Did not play for Hillcrest his junior and senior years … Also competed in the Olympic Development Program from 2019-22 and was part of the 2020 ODP State Championship team ... Played club soccer for Golden State MLS NEXT from 2022-24 under Head Coach Jesse Ochoa.
