2009 (Senior):  Named 2009 Golden State Athletic Conference Player of the Year, becoming the second player in Azusa Pacific history to earn the GSAC’s top individual award in back-to-back seasons … Played in 18 of the Cougars’ 19 games, sitting out a 5-1 win over Hope International … Scored 2 goals and assisted 2 more in full-time action as a central defender … Assisted the game-winner in a 2-0 GSAC road win over Point Loma Nazarene … Scored both his goals in the first 4 games of the season, helping Azusa Pacific reel off a season-opening 11-game win streak … Anchored a defense that surrendered just 10 goals, posted 8 shutouts and gave up more than 1 goal in just 2 games all year … Helped lead the Cougars to a second-place finish in the GSAC, posting a league-best 5 shutouts in the 10-game conference schedule.
 
2008 (Junior):  Named 2008 Brine-NAIA Player of the Year, becoming Azusa Pacific’s first-ever national player of the year and just the second ever from the Golden State Athletic Conference … After 5 games in which the defending NAIA champion Cougars scored just 4 goals, went 1-2-2 and suffered back-to-back shutouts, was moved from center back into the central midfield to spark a remarkable season turnaround … Scored all of his team-high 6 goals after the move, leading the Cougars to 12 wins in their final 15 games while averaging nearly 2 goals per game … Seemingly stabilized Azusa Pacific’s defense, as well, as the Cougars notched 11 of their 12 shutouts over the final 15-game stretch … Was named GSAC Player of the Year after leading Azusa Pacific to its second straight GSAC title and an 8-1-1 league mark, capped by a thrilling 2-1 overtime win over Vanguard in the conference finale when a draw would have resulted in a second-place GSAC finish … Played in 19 of 20 games, sitting out the Cougars’ 6-1 non-conference win over Embry-Riddle (Ariz.) … Scored in 5 of the final 7 games of the season, including the game-winner in 3 of the Cougars’ final 6 victories … Ranked third in the GSAC in conference scoring, notching 5 goals and 4 assists for 14 points in conference play while the defense surrendered just 5 goals and posted a league-best 7 shutouts in the 10-game conference title campaign.
 
2007 (Sophomore):  Earned All-GSAC and NAIA honorable mention recognition as a center back in Azusa Pacific’s standout defense that posted program-records for shutouts (14) and goals-against average (0.49) … Started 18 of the 19 games he played, scoring 1 goal and assisting another … Named to NAIA Men’s Soccer All-Tournament Team as a defender, leading the Cougars to the program’s first-ever national title with back-to-back shutouts in the NAIA semifinals and finals … Scored Azusa Pacific’s lone goal in its only defeat of the season, a 2-1 loss to Westmont in the NAIA Region II playoffs … Anchored a defense that posted 12 shutouts in the program’s first-ever unbeaten regular season, a 16-0-1 mark that set up the Cougars’ national championship run.
 
2006 (Freshman):  Started all 22 games in which he played, sitting out just 2 games all season … Played a key role in the center of a Cougar defense that surrendered just 18 goals in 24 games and posted 10 shutouts … Scored 3 goals and assisted another … Scored his first collegiate goal when he intercepted a cleared corner kick and blasted a 30-yard volley less than a minute into the game in a 4-0 win over Westminster (Utah) … Scored goals in back-to-back GSAC victories over The Master’s and San Diego Christian.
 
HIGH SCHOOL:  Played 4 varsity seasons for CIF Southern Section power Santa Margarita Catholic High in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif. … Led the Eagles to the 2006 CIF Division I championship and a No. 5 national ranking in the Adidas/NSCAA final poll … Was on the first team of numerous postseason awards including All-CIF, L.A. Times All-Stars and All-Orange County … Was the 2006 Serra League Defensive MVP … Served as varsity captain during junior and senior seasons … Scored 10 goals and had 2 assists … Led the Eagles to back-to-back Serra League titles in his last 2 seasons … Played for the West Coast Futbol Club U19 Premier team.
