Biography

2021: Earned Academic All-PacWest distinction…Appeared and started in ten games in his senior year with 940 minutes played…Ranked top ten in the PacWest with a .96 goals against average (2nd), 25 saves (5th), four shutouts (4th), and a 2.50 saves per game % (10th)... Posted a 6-2 record and collected a season-high five saves against Concordia.

2020: No official season due to global pandemic.

2019 (Junior): PacWest Goalkeeper of the Year... All-PacWest First Team selection... Appeared in 11 games and started all 11 with 1,003 minutes played… Finished the season with an overall record 10-1 while tallying five shutouts… Had a .72 goals against on average and tallied 18 total saves… Had two straight shutouts against Academy of Art (October 3) and Concordia (October 19) which contributed to his 229 minute scoreless streak… In a 5-0 win against Dominican (November 16) tied a season-high in saves with five... Academic All-PacWest.

2018 (Sophomore): started all 16 games in which he appeared… 12-2-0 record with three shutouts and a 1.49 goals against average… made season-high six saves in 2-1 win over Fresno Pacific… won 11 consecutive starts, including program’s first-ever NCAA tournament win, defeating Cal State Los Angeles 2-1 in overtime

2017 (Freshman): The Cougars regular starting goalkeeper … Earned the start in 14 games … Posted four wins and a tie … Tallied a 2.48 goals against average with a .657 save percentage … Notched a season high 10 saves at Fresno Pacific (Oct. 21) … Had four games with at least seven saves … Named PacWest All-Academic.

2016: Utilized redshirt season

High School: Played four years of varsity soccer at Edison High School...Captained the team his senior season.

Personal: Son of Robert Fix and Marti Cassel-Fix...One brother, Nathan...majoring in accounting with goal of becoming a CPA...enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and movies.
